Little update : Switch works for Assassin Creed 1 , Sonic AllStar Racing Transformed and Sonic Generations but be aware for AC 1 you will  have missing textures like all the npc and the character dissepears when Switch activate and for SART when you active Switch don't deactivate and reactivate during a race because it will freeze the image of the race not the game. Switch works pretty well on Sonic Generations

Warning for repack users :  Since a repack game is a compression of the game (texture, sound and else) and switch a injector you way have some problems when use it (like weird colors, black sreen...) and it's not the case for all repack games.

And for sweetfx users (if they are sweetfx users here [tongue]) : sweetfx+Switch = injectors conflitcs.

Well, in such cases we say that Switch does NOT work for Assassin Creed 1 and for Sonic AllStar Racing Transformed [smile].  (You meant that Switch is getting injected into these games, right?).

But the details you provided are very useful. Thanks! We are now working on a more stable version of SWITCH, and this will help.

Yeah you right Switch getting injected in the games but doesn't provides effects. I tried in AC 2 and I thought this will work but no effect with Switch shows up in the game.

And for SweetFX go to :  http://sweetfx.thelazy.net/?p=91 => when I tried Switch with SweetFX sometimes the game crash or it deactivate the SweetFX effect that's I why think there are injectors problems or maybe I misunderstood something [confused].

Hope this help.

I think that Switch doesn't work with Open-World games,it doesn't work with AC1,AC2,GTA IV,...
Maybe because they are too many textures and stuff so Switch can't handle it.

I found a video of someone using HiAlgoSwitch on Far Cry 3, and I removed any mods I have on it. Still no luck. Anyone know of any solutions?

Turns out I was using an older version, but now the game crashes whenever I run hialgoswitch with it.

I am confused:
1. You were using older version of SWITCH or FC3? (SWITCH versions should differ mostly by their installation, not by the mod itself).
2. You say, "now the game crashes whenever I run hialgoswitch with it" -- I thought it was always the case for you.  [confused]

Anyway, here is the idea: maybe you have an old version of SWITCH, with d3d9.dll in \FarCry3\bin\ folder? That would explain the crashes. If so, remove d3d9.dll from there!

Even better: uninstall HiAlgoBoost; uninstall/reinstall HiAlgoSwitch (and before this, maybe even uninstall/reinstall Far Cry 3).

I apologize for a lack of clarification. My situation is when HiAlgoSwitch is running, I launch Far Cry 3 from Steam, and before I updated HiAlgoSwitch from 0.3 to 0.3.2, HiAlgoSwitch would not prompt me to let itself run. After the update the prompt works but Far Cry 3 immediately crashes after hitting yes to start the injector. I will try your solution and report back my findings.

No luck, it continued to respond with "Far Cry 3 has stopped working". My game is in 640x480 if that helps.

Are there any error messages or warnings in the log files, d3d9.log and HiAlgoSwitch.log? You should find folder corresponding to Far Cry 3 somewhere under My Documents\My Games\HiAlgo\SWITCH_v0.3\.

Hey, potentially good news: we reproduced crash on one of our computers. Try this workaround: before starting the game, in Uplay Settings, in General tab, uncheck Enable in-game overlay and Enable in game social notifications

Did you try these games with SWITCH v0.3.2 or v0.4?
