I tried adding the executable name to the games.ini and it didn't work, I've tried doing the same on HiAlgo switch, nothing works, any advice on this?

Here is a list of things to do if there is no injection (I understand that you already know at least some of them):

1) Make sure you run the game in DirectX 9 mode (not 10, 11 or 12)
2) Make sure you run game's 32-bit version, not 64-bit.
3) Run HiAlgoBoost.exe or HiAlgoSwitch.exe as administrator
4) Add game's name to games.ini (see https://hialgo.forumchitchat.com/post/games-ini-how-to-add-games-7076651?pid=1284275896 for help)

Here are things to do to narrow down the problem

a) Is there a folder created for this game under My Documents\Games\Hialgo\ ?...
b) Is there a beep-beep when you say "Yes, please"?

Example of My Documents\Games\Hialgo\ content:
