You have two options:
1.Troubleshoot the problem, dig around etc.
2. Post more info about your problem, including content of the log files located here.

Actually, you can do both! [wink]

It seems you have an old(er) DirectX... Is it WinXP? Anyway - try to upgrade the DirectX... Even if it is Win7 - upgrading DX is always a good idea.

Ooops... It seems you already did that... Hmmm....

Are you using any other overlays (like Fraps, MSI Overdrive, DXtory,PlayClaw,etc...) ?

blacktigo
not really
the only program I am using with Skyrm it's chill
and I believe Skyrim and chill have everything they need to run properly

Do you have programming experience? For some reason the DirectX 9.0c on your system doesn't support the "CreateQuery(D3DQUERYTYPE_TIMESTAMP,..." query type. You are not using Wine or Cider on a Linux or Mac, are you?... O.o

Ok, see the picture now [smile]))

I found this online (from here: http://www.noesisengine.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=293):

During the rendering execution I'm getting an exception with the following error description

Error on [.\Render\DX9RenderSystem\Src\DX9RenderSystem.cpp line 2658] desc D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE[0x8876086a]: mDevice->CreateQuery(D3DQUERYTYPE_TIMESTAMP, &query)

This error occurs on two different machines with intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family and ATI MOBILITY FireGL V5200.
I assume you use the query for GPU profiling..

Did you try installing the latest graphics drivers (i.e. GPU driver)? What kind of GPU do you have?
