I just downloaded HiAlgo Chill, and whenever I open up Skyrim the injector doesn't pop up like its suppose too ..

I tried opening the SkyrimLauncher file, and TESV one.. but neither of them start the injector...

I just have no idea what to do  [frown]

Please HELP

OK, let's check what could have possibly gone wrong:

1. You downloaded the latest version, fromhttp://www.hialgo.com/Downloads.html or http://www.hialgo.com/TechnologyCHILL.html, right?
2. You have installed it, started the injector and so the window like the first one shown here, right?
3. Then you started Skyrim without HiAlgoBoost, right?

And then you do not hear beep-beep, and you do not see the second window from here. Right?

Yup, it
Doesn't bring up the second one that asks if
You want to inject it into the game .
It's the latest version of the program and I'm not using boost or switch . Just chill

Oh boy, you are asking very tough questions! [smile]

Hm... Do you have any other games that you can try CHILL with them? If not, you can download something free, like http://www.gamespot.com/funny-hell/, for example.

What else could it be? Could it be that you are using Windows 8? If so, we will try to find a rig with Windows 8 and test. Or maybe you are using MAC + Wine? Then we won't be able to help, I'm afraid.

My problem seems Helpless, Im using plain old Windows 7, I'll give the free game a try and get back to you..
but I was just wondering.. does it have anything to do with the fact that I have Skyrim downloaded through steam?
Or I was also thinking is Skyrim still using Direct x9 .. cause I see that's what it says the game has to be.. but I cant tell if Skyrim is Dx9 or not hmmm :s

EDIT

So.... It works with the game "Funny Hell"

why wont it work for me on skyrim ?! [frown]

Well, apparently this will remain a mystery. Forever. Such mysteries do happen in software - it is way too entangled etc.

I am glad too. And I liked your posts - very clear and to the point.

So, yes: Skyrim is still DirectX9, and most of the people are getting it through Steam - this is (almost) the only legal way to get it.

Good luck! [wave]

It's a bit old topic so sorry for bringing it back, however I had the same thing recently and I didn't know what was causing it. One day it worked and then the other day it wouldn't detect Skyrim running from Mod Organizer. The fix for me was simple - I set HiAlgo Chill to run as administrator and everything works like a charm now [smile] Detects Skyrim every single time correctly. Try that [smile] It might be caused by the fact that I'm running Mod Organizer as Administrator as well (was required to get some additional tools to work correctly with MO).
