I've been using Hialgo Boost for a while and it worked well. Suddendly when I started CS:GO it started beeping but didn't ask me if I want to use Hialgo Boost or not. Since then it doesn't work at all.

Hmm, the log file looks pretty normal. The only thing I can suggest is to delete cache files, and if this does not help, reinstall HiAlgoBoost.
